Emma Rudman’s versatility is limitless.

The Fort Walton Beach sophomore can easily break 11 minutes in the 3,200-meter. She can post sub-18:20 5Ks. She can challenge the 5-minute barrier in the 1,600. And she can break 2:20 in the 800, a distance she covers as the anchor in the Vikings’ relay. And that’s not even taking into account her success in the swim lanes.

The two-time Cross Country Female Runner of the Year and reigning Track Athlete of the Year exemplifies power and grace at every turn.
